If you have the means, you should consider taking your kids to the pool or lake in your backyard. The benefits of getting them wet will be great, even if it’s for a short while. The health benefits of being in the water will also be reaped because of their young age.

The number of child deaths in the country from drowning has tripled since the start of this year. The reason for this is that children under four years old are more vulnerable to water-related health issues, particularly infections. The solution is to expose your kids to as little danger as possible by keeping them away from contaminated water sources and letting them get back into the water as soon as possible.
